Payment Methods
We accept Payment through Credit Card, Visa Debit, Pay Pal, E-Transfer OR by Cash /Cheque - local in person. (PayPal also accepts credit card and bank account transfers). Please E-mail us to set up arrangements if you would like to pay by E-Transfer. We also accept Layaway (with down payment) Please E-mail us with any Layaway inquiries.
Shipping
Your Item will be shipped via Canada Post. We ship Mon-Fri (excluding holidays). Your Item will be shipped as soon as possible. Usually within 1-10 business days depending on order volume.. Shipping order arrival times are usually 2-7 business days for most items to be received within Canada. Out of country orders may take longer. Custom orders (if applicable) will be shipped once the item is available. (We will personally discuss wait times with you).
Insurance, Express or Priority Shipping:
All items will be packaged appropriately for safe arrival. If you would like insurance on your item or if you require express or priority shipping, please let us know before you order so it can be included in your shipping charges.

Refund/Exchange
Original Artwork and Art Prints:
There is no refund or exchange on Original Artwork or Art Prints. Items will be packaged appropriately for safe arrival. If you would like insurance on your item, please let us know before you order so it can be included in your shipping charges.
Traditional Medicines & Seeds:
No Refund on Pure Bear Grease Or Bear Grease Healing Butter.
All items on our website include an accurate description of the item you will receive.
Artist Gifts & Souvenirs:
We stand behind our products and offer returns & exchanges on Artist Gifts & Souvenirs within 14 days from when you received the items. Items must be in original condition and with all tags and labels attached.
Customs Duties & Other Fees
For International orders, duties or fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Custom Orders
Occasionally, Custom Orders will be available. If interested or have any questions regarding Custom Orders or Custom Prints, please feel free to contact us.
Gallery
Items displayed in our Gallery are currently not up for sale. If a Gallery item is in high demand, either itself or prints will be moved to our shop page and become available for purchase. Please feel free to contact us regarding any Artwork displayed in our Gallery that you are interested in. In addition, all E-Mail Subscribers will receive notification any time an item from our Gallery has been moved to our Shop page.

Did you have your heart set on a specific item, but you can no longer find it on our Web page? It may just be temporarily off our site. If you can describe the item to us or have the product number (example: G0001 or S0012), we may be able to track it down.

All product photos on this website are copyright and owned by Canadian Aboriginal Fine Arts or belong to the particular Artist of the Artwork. We do not ever share your contact info, emails, phone number to anyone.
