Your Item will be shipped via Canada Post. We ship Mon-Fri (excluding holidays). Your Item will be shipped as soon as possible. Usually within 1-10 business days depending on order volume.. Shipping order arrival times are usually 2-7 business days for most items to be received within Canada. Out of country orders may take longer. Custom orders (if applicable) will be shipped once the item is available.
Insurance, Express or Priority Shipping:
All items will be packaged appropriately for safe arrival. If you would like insurance on your item or if you require express or priority shipping, please let us know before you order so it can be included in your shipping charges.

Refund & Exchange
Original Artwork and Art Prints:
There is no refund or exchange on Original Artwork or Art Prints. Items will be packaged appropriately for safe arrival. If you would like insurance on your item, please let us know before you order so it can be included in your shipping charges.
Traditional Medicines & Seeds:
No Refund on Pure Bear Grease Or Bear Grease Healing Butter.
All items on our website include an accurate description of the item you will receive.
Artist Gifts & Souvenirs:
We stand behind our products and offer returns & exchanges on Artist Gifts & Souvenirs within 14 days from when you received the items. Items must be in original condition and with all tags and labels attached. please email request return or exchange. We must receive returned product before shipping an exchange.
Customer is responsible for Shipping costs.
Customs Duties & Other Fees
For International orders, duties or fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Any Tariffs due are also the responsibility of the buyer and may need to be paid upfront before your order can ships.
Payment Methods
We accept Payment through Credit Card, Visa Debit, Pay Pal, E-Transfer OR by Cash /Cheque - local in person. (PayPal also accepts credit card and bank account transfers). Please E-mail us to set up arrangements if you would like to pay by E-Transfer. We also accept Layaway (with down payment) Please E-mail us with any Layaway inquiries Invoice Requests or Purchase Orders.
Tracking & Order Confirmation
Once your order ships, you will receive an Email Confirmation with a Tracking number attached. We strongly recommend creating an Account on our Website, where you can easily Login to Track and manage your orders and information.
Wholesale & Bulk Orders
Anyone can shop our Wholesale prices. Simply create an Account on our Website, Login and view our Wholesale items. If you are looking for something in particular that isn't available in our Wholesale, please send us an email and we will do our best to get it added for you.
Custom Orders
Occasionally, Custom Orders will be available. If interested or have any questions regarding Custom Orders or Custom Prints, please feel free to contact us.
Gallery
Items displayed in our Gallery are currently not up for sale. If a Gallery item is in high demand, either itself or prints will be moved to our shop page and become available for purchase. Please feel free to contact us regarding any Artwork displayed in our Gallery that you are interested in. In addition, all E-Mail Subscribers will receive notification any time an item from our Gallery has been moved to our Shop page.
